Where can I get this kind of mods?

    Videos with that kind of weird vehicles have recently become popular on YouTube and I wondered where the authors of these videos find that kind of mods? I tried to google it but didn't find anything even close.

    I think they're models directly put into the map via the level editor, might be wrong though.

    Why would you even want this stuff anyway
