where can I find this in jbeam?

Hello, as far as my english isnt perfect Im interested whats the name for all these wires in the engine bay which comes with the grand marshall jbeam. I replaced the engine mesh with my engine mesh but these wires and boxes are still there. how can I remove them or where are they placed in jbeam?

normal engine tvaey machines like tvai car in Russia if your mod would be appreciated I think well

It comes from the 'gavril_v8.dae' in the common folder.
