    How is who owns Volvo relevant in any way as to whether it is better or worse than any car? Just because it is owned by the Chinese does not mean it isn't any good...

    I know that. What logoster said suggested that because Volvo was owned by a Chinese company, they were inferior somehow. I disagree with that.

    well, i wouldn't be surprised if at some point the new owners move it to china, or start changing all the designs to their own build quality's

    I guess I should post something useful to this thread...
    East Tennessee, born and raised. here since.
    Love it here. You've got suburbia, cities, and countryside all right close to each other. I especially like downtown Knoxville. Anyone that's ever been on market square will know what I mean. We've got mountains in the east, flatlands to the west. Not so far north you freeze your tits off, and not so far south that it's unbearable heat. It's a perfect medium.
    I'd like to live here all my life, but no telling where life takes me.
