What the heck is this car?!

    Hello,

    So this morning, I was on my daily trawl through YouTube when I came across this video posted in 2013.



    Nothing too out of the ordinary. But featured in the video is a rather strange car which intrigues me not only because I have never seen anything like it before but also because after hours of research, I cannot find anything closely resembling it.



    Here's a pic of this strange little thing. I created this thread simply because I am interested to find out what car this is. Any help would be appreciated.

    Wow. I feel kinda stupid cause I googled the official list of fiat cars and the siena was never mentioned! Thanks ;)

    Yeah, The Fiat Sienna was a budget car in the day. Nothing special :/

    no problem, I have never seen this car in my own life but I know it is a 1990s sedan
