What is the point of Unpacking/Packing Mods?

    Mod works fine when packed so why unpack?

    It allows quick editing which is useful when modding.

    Oh ok, thanks. So it is only for accessing the files easier. That is the only reason though? I was wondering if it would help speed up load times.
