V10 destroyer probably, provided that it still works. It's Automation though. The fastest car that is not Automation is probably the Gavril Vertex Deo Volente version. The fastest object that is not a car, no idea, there are some flying props that can accelerate infinitely and get ridiculous top speed, not sure which one is the fastest.
