What happened to the 1983 I series?

I found this cool looking mod from an old gen ETK I series, there was a repository link but when I clicked it says it was not found. Why is it gone, and could anybody send it to me?

Mod has been removed, but author isn't banned

 

but... why would the mod be removed? i mean with all the digital rights this forum takes away features we don't need, it can't be just "the author decided they wanted this removed"

 

My guess would be a copyright claim, maybe they used someones model without permission which is against the repository rules

 

it's possible, it has happened before as we all remember.

 

the mod got totally broken and it somehow broke the game so it just got removed
