What files do I remove so I can make my map public?

I have been asking what files to remove for more than 2 months now and still didn't reply. I followed this persons tutorial:

 

I'm taking a guess and saying that Synsol is probably saying to remove the "First" folder from the .zip.
But on the chance that it is something else, why not post the current zip here and we can help you?

 

I don't want to post the zip file here because I am afraid that people will or might steal it and claim it as theirs.

 

Then it becomes rather difficult to help you. If you're really that concerned, PM the zip to me and I'll look at it. I'm trying to help

 

Never mind, sorry you have a lot of experience on making mods. I will PM you the zip.
