See the area where the cats whisker grows? Why are there dots on it. Is there any cats without dots there?
    Random question.

Your signature says, "There is nothing for you to see here."

    It was quite right.

I say that has something to do with their whiskers. Either that or it could just be patterns in their fur.

Whiskers are highly sensitive instruments. The area underneath the whisker is a large blood vessel area, with nerves running throughout. As to the spots, they are essentially large "pores" where the whisker follicles reside. If you look close up to a shaved cat, you'll see that these spots correspond exactly to these pores. Dogs and other such creatures have them too.
