On Hold West coast USA Project

Hello. I am trying to make the west Coast USA Map Bigger and with more neighborhoods. Here is what I've done so far:

Update! I added more palm tree's and less pine tree's
So there's gonna be patches of forests and not full blown forest everywhere

Update! I am starting To update the highway. I got rid of the tolls and barrier (So I can extend the map) And started a new exit. But I cant find a way to get rid of the Constructions trucks

There is A lot more progress to be made.

I also might need help with the textures for the roads

 

yeahhh id help if I could but I cant. though wcusa just reuses the same couple textures for the whole road system so it shouldn't be that difficult to copy and paste

How do I Spawn other objects with the Forest Tools? It will only let me spawn tree's

Does Anybody know what I have to do to Spawn/Make stuff? Basically All I can do is spawn tree's and make No texture roads
