I'm working with a custom scenario that uses two police cars, and I'm trying to assign one of them signal state 2, and the other signal state 1. Aside from my frustrations that the program won't let me assign the state directly (as contrasted with toggling, which is unreliable at best), I can't figure out why the second vehicle's signal state keeps changing after each reset, while the first's only does what I tell it. I've checked and re-checked the only two files that I know of that can do this - the scenario's .lua and its .json - and neither even bring up that specific vehicle's lightbar state. And as I can't get the lightbar state of a particular vehicle, it seems like there's no way to keep this from happening, other than toggling the lightbar state two more times after each reset.
