Weird Sound Glitch

    This started yesterday, and I didn't notice it at first, but when I'm accelerating, I have sound. When I'm idling or decelerating, there is no sound. When I crash, it seems like some elements are gone too, like the glass sound isn't there. I've tried it in safe mode, clearing cache, and removing all mods, but the glitch is still there

    I completely reinstalled the game, no mods, it's still doing it.

    And sorry for the weird video, idk why but when I record, it keeps dropping frames like that, but only in the recording, not the actual game. Can someone help me with that too?
