    Hello, again,
Im working on a “mod” with the bastion at the moment and the model is shaded weird near the fenders and doors,
Ive added edge split modifier and it is still the same.
    Can anyone help?

If auto smooth did nothing then mess around with the angle of it until you get good enough results. Exporting to DAE is pointless as these things don't get imported back. It's advised to always have your original Blender file ready.

Add the edge split modifier on every part, and make sure that in the export settings it's set to apply modifiers. Also you should delete parts that you haven't modified from your .DAE
