Weird road texture + black sand?!

My road textures look wet with things of oil across it + my sand is pitch black. please help.

Also, when I'm close to grass and stuff the floor under it is also black.

 

For the road being wet, that's normal. All lighting settings below Ultra suck.
For the floor being black, clear your cache in deep mode. If it is on a specific modded map, it's probably outdated so don't use it.

 

Thanks, quick question. What is deep mode? How do I activate it?

 

You just click on it when you clear cache
