By the way, the red one is the early type and the blue one is the late type.

I just learned for the first time that there is also a mid-term type.
Here's what people had to say about each at the time

    • early type
The 2.5L was not well received: the 2.5L was made by Ford and consumed too much oil, had poor fuel economy, etc. The 2.0L was said to be insufficient for the large body. However, it sold well, perhaps because of its American taste and packaging.

    • mid-term type
We invested in what could be called a full model change, leveraging more than 70% of the body parts. The new Atenza looks the same on the outside, but on the inside it is a completely different car, and its product appeal has been greatly enhanced.
From this point on, the engine configuration was changed to a newly developed MZR engine straight 4 2.3L (same type of engine as the Atenza) and a 3.0LV6.

    • late type
Mainly due to changes in the body design, the new model has acquired the "New U-LEV" certification, a 50% reduction level of emissions from the 2005 standards, and has improved fuel efficiency, meeting the 2010 fuel efficiency standard +5% and complying with the Green Tax exemptions.

I would like to ask for your help!
I will be posting a leisurely introduction of the cars I know.

I am still learning English so I would appreciate it if you could tell me if I am wrong!

I would also like to know if you know more about cars similar to this teaser, no matter where they are from!
