This isn't really a suggestion for new content, but it is about in game content. I've noticed that the loading screens look really cool and I think that it'd be cool if the dev's released all of the loading screens of in-game cars to the public without the loading bar as wallpapers.
If you open the game files folder and go to ui>modules>loading>drive you can access all the loading screen images
