Walking Mode character falls and does not move.

Hello, I am appearing to have this issue with walking mode on all maps and all cars.
Before you ask I have check all of the boxes
1. Verified integrity of files with Steam and the built in Beam NG Integrity checker. All files came back with a pass.
2. Cleared Cashed Files.
3. Remove all mods from the game
4. Test in Safe mode
5. Did not have BeamMP Installed (This was never a issue because I never had it installed)
6. Checked for other posts on the issue (Other fixed it with integrity check and it did not work for me)
The issue in question is when I try to enter walking mode the character model falls over and does not allow me to walk. In safe mode he walks perfectly fine but in Non Safe Mode BeamNG even with NO MODS at all it still does not walk and falls over. I would also like to mention i added a new spawn point to Italy with my user file but this effects all maps and not just Italy. I usually try to take time and figure out what i can do first before i bother the devs with stuff. Thanks to anyone who helps.
