VULKAN API Flickering?

    guys please help, i cannot fix this issue and it doesnt seem to be an issue for everyone, this flickering is driving me crazy. the game is beamng with multiplayer mod and its with every server i have an issue with, i run Vulkan rendering mode because it gives alot more performance than the normal mode, i tried resetting drivers with the shortcut and it never fixes it. https://youtu.be/qwiDYUSF-p8
