Ik ik that's what I said, ive checked the blueprints over and over and over again but it is actually correct --- Post updated --- But heres an updated version with a longer hood
What blueprints are you using? I have a toy model of a VNL 780 and the hood is a bit too curvy imo. Probably been said like a million times but I haven't viewed this thread in it's entirety so. Haven't downloaded yet, could you upload pics too btw? Beamng is taking forever to reinstall.
Pics of my blueprints or the semi? --- Post updated --- I’m using a combo of side pictures and multiple blueprints
Nope, it’s gotta go in mods, I’ve been trying to find out why it doesn’t work in the root folder of the game
I’m using the sketchy Beam Editor to try to get a basic cab shape --- Post updated --- Glad it worked
WIP BETA?! Me right now: You should try making the Good ole' Peterbilt 379 after this mod and completing all updates! Peterbilt 379 hauling a FMTV-100(Most modern troop transport truck the US Army has). Notice it's Unibuilt Sleeper and the Oval spindles it has and cab lights on the side and air filters and also angled mirror antennas. Flat top Peterbilt 379 with Texas rolled bumpers and side steps behind the sleeper. Car Carrier version The Gavril T-Series is loosely based off this semi but takes more inspiration on the 70s Peterbilt 359 and (I forgot it's name but it's a company that makes lights all squared and attached to the fenders)
You really shouldn't be putting your mods in the content folder in the first place. It can cause problems and makes troubleshooting more difficult. If it's a mod that only works like that, that's up to you, but just about every mod on the forums is made to go in the mods folder. OT: College Chemistry sucks, I haven't gotten a chance to try this out yet. From the pictures you have, I think the hood looks fine.
Always make backups of the jbeam, the Beam editor already messed up with some of my jbeams a lot of times
