    Those patches on gridmap are just for testing the behavior of the ground models with various (extreme) depths.

    Version 0.3.4 reply

    WTH My Updater Seems to have deleted it's self so it asks me to delete the shortcut if I try to find it in start menu and my game will not automatically detect the update for today and ask me download it, instead it starts it's self up up on 0.3.3...

    What do I do, BeamNG Team, PLEASE HELP ME /=.

    I know for a fact I wouldn't delete the updater because I never did and I if I can build a pc I'm pretty sure I Know how to use one not to mention I've made a map before...

    EDIT: Renamed it's self to Updater.exe.old

    I do already have the Moonhawk! I love it!
    screenshot_00005.png

    After testing I must say that the game lags quite a lot with this car (compared e.g. with the pickup truck). But when I use the "Terrible" version of it, there are no more lags! Are the lags probably caused by the bumpers?
    And I found a bug: After a really hard crash the camera becomes "bouncy" and is moving all the time, no matter which camera perspective I am using!

    I still finding a slight issue with the Momo wheel, the mapping is fine everything works but when you"tweak" the throttle the revs just cut out instantly (this is no good for those imaginary showdowns pre drag at red lights) I can fix it by changing the
    I to RI in the mapping
    Code:
    %mm.bind(%device, xaxis, steer_direct);
    %mm.bind(%device, rzaxis,"[B]RI[/B]", brake_direct);
    %mm.bind(%device, yaxis, "[B]RI[/B]", accelerate_direct);

    That moonhawk sport, those tire's schweet.
    Cheers qingu

    I have the same behaviour with my Thrustmaster T500R. I will try this asap!

    Edit: It kinda makes sense, as without the "R" the throttle goes from -1 to 1, not from 0 to 1. An obvious bug with negative throttle inputs, they should be capped below 0.

    After that I'll attempt to get the game to accept the T8RS shifter! :-D

    I discovered that the car does not lag that much when using the "Terrible" version of it! Is the lag probably caused by the chrome bumpers? I will investigate that later...

    It's just the general complexity of it. It has more nodes and beams than other cars. The more parts you remove, the less nodes and beams there are; ergo, the less computationally expensive. Trust me, it has nothing to do with the chrome ;)

    When you floor the brakes at a certain speed the front wheels start shaking and then the whole car shakes as well.

    I love this car, it even has a radiator fan omg, I love the details. :eek:

    Hah, this car is great! Swapped the engine and trans with my pickups and blew the rear tires pretty quick doing doughnuts.

    (imported from here)

    Will there be side windows? Just curious, I kinda like blacking out all the windows so I can't see the interior.

    (Also the front sway bar goes through the frame, don't know if that's on the Moonhawk bug list)

    Haven't found any bugs that I have noticed other than the known camera shake one discussed in the blog. Game installed fine, no problems with the install.

    The Moonhawk is effing awesome. I noticed somewhere it was said the Moonhawk may be more CPU intensive since it's more detailed. Only thing I noticed was it seemed to take an extra fraction of a second or so when I loaded it for the very first time. Other than that, it runs as smooth as the other basic vehicles. No lag, or anything. It's cool seeing the fan on the engine rotating and all that. The detail is amazing on it.

    Also, seems like the steering on the cars is smoother now in the newest update. I use the XBox 360 game pad. Bought it specifically for this game. ;)

    The mudpit on the grid map is a beast. Could barely get out of it with the Moonbuggy, lol.

    Thanks for all the hard work you guys are putting into this game, and for making it so great.

    Could someone upload the file for the moonhawk? Every time I re-download the game it isn't there. What's weird though is that the grid map has updated with the mud, water, and the other terrain strips.

    Are you sure it isn't in the vehicle selection list? I almost missed it the first time.

    Thank you, but yes, I am sure that it is not in my game.

    Dear lord thank you! And if it is not okay with mods I would completely understand.

    Re: version 0.3.0.4

    Yeah uh my game doesn't work with this update for some reason. It says "Executable not found: BeamNG.drive.x86.exe" every time I try to start it. I also tried redownloading the game and reinstalling completely but it still doesn't work.
