Vehicles randomly breaking?

Certain vehicles. (Some of the lower quality but still good. I'm not talking bad about them, they are still good mods, but they are a bit less than some) Sometimes, whenever I spawn them their front wheels either break off or just point off in both directions as in \----/ the / is wheel and the ----- is axel thing,

This happens with some of the older mods but some newer mods do this, I don't know why, I restarted the game. Doesn't work, It works sometimes but sometimes doesn't.

I have cleared cache, I have the most recent version of most (if not all) mods.
