Vehicles/Props not saving orientation unless in scenario - is this ever going to change?

Heya, so I'm kinda sick of spawning at my drag strip and having to F11 to then re orientate the cars even though their rotations appear to be saved anyway.

Is this something that'll change with this next big update by chance? Pretty please?

I know that basically everyone hates that you can't place a . . . pylon and hit save, you need to instead make scenarios etc, but afaik don't you then have a timer, and have to hit start, and yadda yadda, can't just freeroam.
