vehicle stays in neutral and revs but wont shift or change gear

    I just updated to the new update and every thing was working great as normal. Then i decided to go to the new map added in the new update and now when i spawn the car it wont move. I changed the car, map, restarted game, restarted PC still wont drive... stays in neutral. i cant even change the mode from arcade to real automatic. usually i can figure out my issues with the game but i really have no way of doing anything now. ideas?

    I think it was changed that you cant use Q anymore, I think its somewhere in the options now?

    Q can still be used.
    But that will only effect that 'gameplay'.
    Next time you start the game it will use the default option.


    The default option can be changed from Options > Gameplay

    I still cant drive and it is in arcade gear box mode. If it is not on gridmap you cant drive period! I'm getting really fed up with this crap. It stays in neutral and WILL NOT DRIVE. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. i have had this game for 3 years! i know how to work it and change things! I'm not a beginner. Please look into this stupid issue!

    There is nothing to look at if the problem doesn't happen on our side.
    It's very, very likely just a problem on your side (Believe me, in 90% of the cases it's due a broken mod, or broken cache, or broken files somewhere)

    The update didn't add any new map by the way.

    When you spawn a car, does the engine works (RPM is around 1k, you can see from the Tacho app) ?
    If not, does it says anything in the Message app?
    Does it happen on all cars?
    Does it happen on all maps?

    Are you using mods?
    If yes, did you remove/disable them before reporting to us?

    If yes, did you try to completely delete the Documents/BeamNG.Drive folder instead?
    Backup anything you do not want to lose, such as mods or configurations, but do not put them back until you tested the game works fine.

    Try everything I said above, then report back.
