Condition: engine off, manual transmission vehicle look up to some descent and 1 (2-3-4) gear engage. When I stop braking the vehicle start to move down the descent. In that higher gear leads to more easy start of rolling. I think something wrong here.

Not sure if I understood you correctly, but a car rolling down a hill seems alright? Depending on how steep your hill is, being in gear won't do a ton...
Also make sure the clutch is not pressed.

Here are light car. And 15 degrees is not very much, I think.

For your note, ISSUE: the angle plate has no shadow and transparent for light.

    That's a 27% incline, for a road, that's definitely a lot.

You're simply overpowering the compression in the engine. When parked in-gear with the engine off, the vehicle is relying on the engine's compression at that time, multiplied by the gear reduction of the transmission, to hold the vehicle in place. At a 27% incline like Diamondback stated, the small 4-cylinder economy engine doesn't have high enough compression to hold the weight of the Covet. This is 100% realistic.

I'm sure they don't simulate all 4 strokes of a combustion engine for each cylinder but it's likely they use some sort of resistance coefficient to mimic compression in a real engine. Just what I am guessing, at least.

You can take the D15 V8 and there are no difference. The car still moves. But without cab and bed it can stopping.

Take into the account that the D-Series also weighs quite a bit more than the Covet. Even with the increased "holding power" from more cylinders with likely higher compression, they are being stressed by much more of a load. Removing the cab and bed drop a considerable amount of weight off of the truck, so it makes sense that it would hold the vehicle.
