v0.37 broke the steering of a few vehicles

    Like the title reads, update 0.37 made some wheels on certain vehicles completely break the steering, I had the same issue on the ETK-800 when using rally wheels, and also on the Gavril D-Series (screenshots) when using the 17x9 STX Off-Road Steel Front Wheels. Also all my mods are disabled.

    As you can see, specially from top view, when I change the wheels the steering completely brakes, which makes the car drive in a straight line, same exact issue with the ETK 800 on rally wheels, and probably more vehicles that I haven't tested.
