    How did you create it?
    I have photoshop and have nvidia dds converter so I can edit them but dont know where to place it and where it will appear on the car and cant convert it back from photoshop to dds and to make it appear it looks like you have a code for it too
    I would appriciate your help

    Cant figure out how to install it went to documents/beamngdrive/mods and dropped 'bpatrol' there

    To install, you don't extract it at all. All you do is drop the zip into your mods folder.

    He probably used Photoshop or paint.NET. If you did, where can I download paint.NET. There are about a million sites.

    I used Photoshop. If you want to edit DDS files with PS, you have to download the plugin. https://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-texture-tools-adobe-photoshop
