If you've ever driven a car (in real life ) too hard into a corner on dry or especially wet asphalt, you'll know that very violent vibration sound and feeling that I'm talking about. I don't know if this is feasible or not with the game engine including the tire model, but if it is I would like to see this implemented in BeamNG as it would definitely add to the realism of driving in BeamNG. Also while I'm at it with this post, it'd be nice to see better tire skidding sounds on wet roads as right now the not so wet asphalt just sounds like skidding on dry asphalt and the really slippery wet roads don't make any sounds as if you were on ice.
