Unable to solve the Keyboard Light up Issue!

    Greetings, gentlemen! My first post on this forum is this one. I should start by saying that I am a major fan of video games. However, I've recently experienced a keyboard issue (HP RGB Backlit Wired Gaming Keyboard). I can't fix the Keyboard Light up Issue, in other words. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to resolve the problem. Could you guys give me any ideas on this, guys? We would be very grateful for it.

    So, guys. After a lot of searching on Google, I found some solutions (like this), but due to my lack of experience unable to resolve the issue. Please help.
