When enabling User interface Hardware Acceleration I experience high levels of lag/unresponsiveness in the main menu. Can't even start up a map as my clicks mostly don't register. Disabled UI Acceleration works perfectly fine. However, if I disable mod loading before the game starts, I don't get the unresponsive UI lag. After this, I tried unsubscribing from all workshop mods and deleting all local mods then running the game with mods enabled. Unfortunately, the unresponsiveness returned... so I don't know what exactly is causing it.

UI AC disabled + Default launch = Smooth
UI AC enabled + Default launch = Lag
UI AC enabled + Disabled Mods Launch = Smooth
UI AC enabled + Default launch + Unsub and Delete Mods = Lag

    Safe Mode forces that disabled.

This setting is experimental, and while it works for most users, it may not work fine in some particular setups.
What's your setup and specs? How many GPUs do you have?

If you have Windows 10, you should check this:

Windows 10 pro (game mode off)
    Intel i7-3820 3.60ghz
    16GB
    GTX 680

I will do a fresh reinstall and see if that resolves anything

I did not had good experience with the GTX-600 series.
If your FPS is medium/low already due it, having Hardware Acceleration will not help but opposite, as the GPU is already overloaded.
In that case you should keep that setting disabled, so that the UI is not rendered with the GPU.

Looks like Reshade conflicted with UI acceleration for some reason, removing it fixed the issue.
