i checked out few forums about tyre heat but i see nothing. Although i still felt that tyre heat is in the game.
Everytime when i spawn up a car, the car is rather unstable and even prone to loss control but after i drove it for a while i can push the car so hard that it need some effort to spin it

Are you asking if tire temperature is a feature in BeamNG? Then yes, I believe there's even an app for it in the game to display the temperature.

Tire and rim temperatures seem to be planned. There is some code for it in the Lua API.

This is most likely due to you getting used to handling of the car after driving for a while. If you record a replay using replay app and then play it back checking speeds and steering inputs, you can probably find out you did something differently after driving a while.
