Twin tires

so basically there's this mod which adds some rlly big tires (https://www.beamng.com/resources/really-big-tires.15368/) and i was wondering if there was a way to take the 25x25 rims and make a dually version as in one tire then a spacer then another tire. i have no modding experience for beamng btw but i just think it would be really cool.
basically this but two tires on each corner

Making duallies isn't as easy as making normal tires, they require special wheel hubs, brakes and spindles, it's up to the creator of that mod if they want to make it or not
