[Tutorial] The Folder Structures for Other Mods

    You can do more than just vehicles and maps in BeamNG.drive, but only if you have the right folder structure. In this tutorial, I will show you how to find the correct folders, as well as give some common examples.

    To find the folder structure, follow the path from the base folder (with the BeamNG.drive.exe).

    For example:
    To make a camera mod, you would go \lua\ge\extensions\core\cameraModes
    To make more pictures for the main menu, go to \ui\modules\mainmenu\drive
    To make a utility lua mod, go to \lua\ge\extensions\util

    The only exceptions are vehicle and terrain mods, which skip the "content" folder.
