Unsolved Turbo bov sound

Hola,
I´ve asked already on the main forum and noone seemed to mind

So im asking again. I changed some sounds for the Turbo including Turbo_bov, Turbo_01 and 03
but nothing changes. I cleared my cache several times, tried without mods etc etc.

I´ve messed around with those sounds before and it worked just fine.

edit.. even changeing the sourcce file in the steam files, it dosent change the sound at all

any way to modify them ? never worked with fmod before
