Truck wont spawn in/just taillight lighting and game crashes (please help)

I used the world editor to move the spawnable boulders into the back of a truck, then soon after that I started having issues. When I load a world, the default truck doesnt completely load in/spawn in. I dont see the truck at all, just some lighting from the head and taillights. If I try to change into a different vehicle, the game crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice now and it hasnt fixed it. I'm not sure whats going on.
