Trouble running Beam on linux

    I am having trouble running beamng with my linux cinnamon mint computer. Has a 1080 gtx and a intel i7 7700 and I am getting only 1 to 4 fps on grid map with one car. And it is SUPER baggy and dosent run good. Whats the solution? What's causing this? There's alos black boxes all over the screen

    Are you running the native version or running it through Proton? Safe mode or not?

    Did you install the NVIDIA driver? Try checking by opening "Driver Manager" from the Mint menu, and checking that the best one is installed (usually the top one).

    Safe mode made no diffrent whatsoever. Trying to run it thru proton ge, also tried proton 7. None worked still same as it was
