trouble overclocking?

    im having trouble overclocking my RAM or VRAM so i can play beamng smoother but it keeps crashing!

    also im curious to why i cant overclock any help is aprecciated!

    my specs:

    RTX 3070

    64GB RAM DDR4

    intel core i9 10900k

    idk what cooler

    and thats all
