Transmission Can't Make Up Its Mind

Working on my van powertrain mod. My 5 speed auto does weird things. It seems to only do it with heavy applicants, or underpowered ones. You accelerate nornally, and it goes 1 to 2, back to 1, and back to 2. And then its notmal. Kickdowns, full throttle and half throttle does fine. But you take off from a stop and is goes up down up like it doesn't know what to do.

Is the aggression too high, too low? Should I lower the Stall Torque, or make the torque converter bigger? It's annoying and I want it to work right before I update my mod.
