Transfer some vehicles custom configs

    After update from 0.25 to 0.26 some custom saved configurations are auto-moved successfully. For example, i got on new version all of my Civetta Scintilla configurations. But other are totally missing.

    Tbh, i manually checked game folder/0.26/vehicles and yes, there's all of mine previously saved configs in folders "fullsize", "hatch" etc

    Also yes, i have checked checkbox "show .PC configurations" ingame
