So i just watched a youtube video of drag racing semis and wanted to try doing something like that in beam. Irl at one of these events they usually pull about 120,000 pounds when drag racing so in beam i have to use 2 trailers to get that weight.

In the video you can see my set up my issue is the parking brake will slowly activate on the trailer brakes over a period of time and eventually the parking brake gets stuck on its kinda annoying as I can't just reset as doing that disconnects everything.

Issue number 2 the trailer dolly is a nightmare to use if you connect it to the t series with the pintle hitch and try to back it underneath the trailer it doesn't allow you to use the fifth wheel to connect it to a trailer unless you disconnect the pintle hitch from the t-series. You have to attach the trailer dolly to the trailer first by messing around trying to drag it with the node grabber which is a nightmare and then connect the pintle hitch after. Then after you spend ages getting everything attached it undoes itself every time you reset, and you have to do it all over again. This might be my fault though i could be doing something wrong i dont usually use trailers.

For your first problem, do you have any modded T-Series parts installed? Also, are the air tanks installed (from the parts menu)? If they aren't on the truck, you won't be able to release the brakes since you have no air pressure.

For your second problem, I'm not exactly sure what's going on. I'm easily able to connect the dolly to the T-Series with the pintle hitch and then connect the dolly to a trailer.

Edit: Nevermind, the first problem you described just happened to me too lol

oh my im so stupid. Your right i removed the air tank when i was trying to reduce weight. I know irl theres air tanks for brakes but in beam i though it was only for the air bags. whoops

Also no mods only mod is a custom turbo i made myself

I just realized the air pressure drops gradually, and I guess it's because I'm using the brakes frequently... You gradually lose air pressure when you repeatedly use the brakes (in my case it was because I was making fine adjustments to connect the dolly to the trailer) since you aren't building the pressure back up fast enough, and eventually you run out. But you can get it back by revving the engine.
