I believe a nice idea for the traffic menu is a way to limit the highest year that vehicles will spawn. For example, if you wanted to drive as if you were in the 70's, you could limit the traffic vehicles to cars pre-1980. The easiest way for this to work is probably a typable section in the traffic settings (akin to 'max amount of vehicles') but without the slider. That way, a system could just match the year typed to above or below whatever cars are able to be spawned. This would be 10x easier than having to like, update a dropdown menu every year. This seems especially important for parked cars since as far as I can tell, you can't edit what vehicles they will use. Atleast with regular traffic, you can spawn the era you want in manually.
