Traffic Speed Settings

Hello!
Faced the following traffic problem: when changing the maximum allowable speed (in the traffic widget), nothing changes. The numbers are actually changing, but the speed of the cars remains the same. Before the update, everything worked. Thanks

 

I think this is a known issue, I experienced it as well, but mines a bit hit and miss, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
