Traffic Semi's Spawn in the ground

While using AI traffic that have Semi's, Like the T-Series for Example. The spawn position places them slightly under the ground causing the wheels to be stuck in place and they become immobile. Not sure if this happens on other maps with Bridges. I have only seen it happen on Utah USA

Edit: They can drive perfectly fine over bridges but spawning on them is where the AI gets stuck
