Traffic problem

    I have problem because I cannot spawn traffic with police. When I go mto AI, next to traffic, next to spawn police and when I click spawn (police), this stupid game doesn't give any reaction for my task. Or after spawning and removing the normal traffic game cannot load the traffic with police, because there is still "no answer". How to fix it? How to fix it?
