So with traffic, anytime I go below 15 mph, my game gets laggy with only about 15-20 fps, but when I go above 15 mph, i get 35 to 45 fps, is there any fix to this? I haven't tried anything yet, and I want to see if other people have experienced this before and maybe help share their solutions.

Have you tried safe mode? To test the game in safe mode, open the BeamNG launcher, click Support tools, and select Safe mode. This disables (but doesn't delete) your mods, and creates a temporary userfolder. If the issue isn't in safe mode, it means a mod is causing problems...

Ok so it worked in safe mode, i did not lose any performance under 15 mph with traffic enabled, by any chance, do you know how to narrow down the conflicting mod(s)?

This is what I've seen suggested, and I find it to be a good way to go about finding the problematic mod.

In your mods folder, select all the mods and copy them to another folder (ideally on the desktop). Delete any mods in the actual mods folder for the game. Then, take half of the mods from that folder you put them in, and put them in the mods folder for the game. Then test for the lag. If the issue is present, that means that the problematic mod is in that half. If the issue isn't present, it means the mod is in the other half. Keep cutting your mods in half like this until you narrow it down to the one that's causing the issue. Also, make sure to restart the game after each test. Hope that makes sense :)

Were you by any chance driving the CCF or Vela? It is known that their parking sensor system can cause lagging below a certain speed.

You can use it, just disable the parking assistant then it will be fine.

(To do that, there’s a button you can click with „PKA” written on it to toggle parking assist)
