I have plenty sound mods etc and its working fine for me.
One of the if not the BEST, most detailed, coolest, least buggy vehicle mods for BeamNG, although I'm biased because a Trueno hatchback is one of my dream cars.
Like I said still not a bad mod but its not freaking perfect, open your eyes people.
My eyes are too sleepy to open
To add to Corvette81's point - it's fine if you like the mod, but don't act like the mod is perfect if there are things wrong with it or that could be improved. Most modders appreciate the feedback and the only way people will get better is if they keep improving. Even Stoat Muldoon, who has released some of the best mods as of late, is constantly improving his work and learning new things. There are a lot of people who help out along the way by pointing out details, large or small, that need work.
The point is, don't be afraid to criticize the mod.
i'm glad somebody noticed the Live Rear Axle acting like an independent suspension. I think he could add in an IRS as an option, and then have the live rear end as another. Also, it would be useful to have an intercooler that doesn't take the place of the front bumper. And possibly an option for a 4A-GZE (supercharged 4A-GE), as you have some stuff from JDW Performance's SLRR mod, maybe you could see if you can use the model for the supercharger.
I said I was biased and I can’t find any weird glitches or messy audio etc, nothing aside from bugs the author mentioned which are not major issues. I didn’t mean to spark controversy
Oh my god i love your work! I love Initial D but i like the car outside the show aswell! (i personally thing the deja vu memes are blatantly stupid btw )
This mod is amazing and I love it, but there is some sort of bug with the stock and race exhausts where if they hit the ground, for some reason the car flips over and the exhaust gets really messed up, seems like something to do with the jbeam, but it is not a huge deal just felt like I should report it. Keep up the great work!! (also sorry if someone already mentioned this)
This is actually a behaviour that you would see in real life too, depending in which point the exhaust snaps off. If it would be somewhere in the middle & it would basically wrap on itself, it would probably manage to lift up the back of the car (but maybe not flip it). Not sure if it would happen with real cars, since they're heavier, but with older ones, like the AE86 it could be possible
*hard to swallow pills*
the trueno is kind of overrated
and its not really a good car
It is, just like a Supra
And like the GTR
Are you on C R A C K ?
Love your work, the detail, the body styles, the trims and the add-on parts make it an incredible mod!
That said, I, you and most of the community have spotted some issues and glitches with this mod, you are aware of most of them, but still they would take a long ass time to iron-out. The issues that bug me out the most are the pop-ups not sitting correctly and the spikiness from the side when crashed, maybe also some inaccuracies with the model.
For instance, the the bumper lights on the Trueno kouki are too narrow (also including the grille) and seems to be missing the ''grille lip'' thing. (reference pic)
A very minor detail, the levin front's top is a little more rounded ( It would just need to be slightly curved, tbh not really an issue when looking at some reference pics ), but the lights from the side need to be a little extruded outwards and rounded, just a bit.
These just are some of the things I've notice, because I've modeled my own fleet of 86's (just not as in-depth as yours). (I've added them to this post, these renders where made before finalization, but they were in the position I needed to show off)
That's all that I've notice on the quick really, there is no question that this is an incredible mod and with some fixes it would become an unbelievable mod.
P.S. maybe you could also redo the trueno badge on the uhhh. ... trueno. It's like comic sans compared to the real one.
Thank you for your great work, sir!
no u bish
ok seriously you know it is
I don't seem to have any engine sound, nor can I find a file including the engine sound(s). Help would be appreciated.
You probably have a conflicting mod, try finding the one that is breaking the 86
when i go about 60 mph why does it start beeping how to i turn it off?
That would be the speed chime, and you can remove it using the parts selector.
