Towtruck

i think that beamng drive needs a towtruck, it's gonna be a good change from the flatbed pickups and trucks
so can somebody make it as a mod or even mention it in the next versions of the game???

 

They work on one already.

 

Trust me, i would LOVE a tow truck! They are already working on one! If you go into controls, there is a towboom control which tells me that they are probably working on one now.

 

I would like from simple chain even more, but maybe that is what comes with the tow truck.

I could attach chain to fully loaded semi, other end to modern car that is behind couple of trees, gather good speed and pull

Also it would allow tug of war stuff.

Maybe that is already possible as there is that one spiked ball in chain thing, you would just need nodes that can be attached to different kind of tow hooks?

The chain in that screenshot is torsion's Giant Chain, while the Covet is a special version of crashmaster's Splittable Covet, with redesigned breakGroups to allow direct splitting on traction, stripped interior and engine, plus custom dual tow hitches.

 

Theres a little evidence they're making one, but until then, there's a mod for it.
