After being annoyed by creating torque curves for modded engines by just picking random values and them not being smooth. I decided to create an Excel Spreadsheet, that creates smooth torque curves by taking a few parameters (max Torque, max RPM, Idle RPM, ect.). It works for ICE and Electric engines and gives you a torque value for every 100 rpm and it's already formatted with the rpm, so u can just copy it and paste it into the .jbeam file. There's also a preview of the Torque and Power Curve ingame. I hope this helps a few people and I'm curious for feedback on this.
