To have the horn blare after crash.

I was thinking that if a crash happens at over 30MPH, or 48KPH, the horn may blare. I think it makes a bit more realism. I think it would be entertaining as well. How would I do this, or maybe it exists? Or maybe someone could make it? Or is it just impossible though, this is my first thread, and I don't exactly know. Hope y'all can help!

Quite old but maybe a good starting point to port it to other cars.

 

Thanks, the mod itself doesn't work but the mod in the description of that mod does. I use that one. It only works with like 2 cars and it happens rarely but it's good enough.

the horn wont blare but it turns off the running lights off
