TIME WARNER USERS PLEASE READ, potentially blocking new P2P updater

    Time Warner Cable appears to be blocking the updater. The download wouldn't initialize at all (Hung on download starting...), but when I enabled my VPN (BTGuard) I suddenly get around 1MB/s. Can anyone else on Time Warner confirm/deny this?

    EDIT: Back down to 200KB/s, but still better than nothing without the VPN.

    EDIT2: My region is New England, if this is relevant.

    EDIT3: Hovering stable at just under 150KB/s.
