Thrustmaster Ferrari F430 challenge controller Steering Soppped working after 0.4.2.2

After the last update(0.4.4.2) the steering in my controller stopped working.I tried and reconfigured several times with no result.When i try do remap the steering the game sends me this message:


I checked every single configuration in the controller with no result,the only way to make the steering work is disconecting the controller from the pc,ad remapping the steering to work with the arrow keys


The strange thing is:Every other command in the controller(Foward/Reverse,gears even the turn lights work)

 

This is a known issue in the latest build, and apparently it has been fixed.

As stated by a dev:
" . . . steering will work properly for you again in the next update."

 

Noope..now it's even more broken..the game stopped detect the keys from the gamepad.....CRAP!!

 

Not working at all now......when i try to assing a key just a square appears :/

 

The crazy thing is..... game detects when i move the keys in the controller but i canqt assign any of them

 

I'm having the same issue. :| Mine (MOMO wheel) works for axis assignments, but does what you described for button assignments. Thankfully, I had a backup of my previous setup.

 

I have the same issue with my Fanatec CSR. All functions are detected by the game, but will not map. Only an empty key icon is displayed instead of an icon with a label. Oddly, if I assign the steering axis using the FFB tab, it partially works, as the key icon has a mouse icon and axis label in it, but still doesn't steer in game.
